Returns/Exchanges

1. Return Period:
Customers can return products within 30 days of receiving their order. It's important that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Conditions: 

  • The product must be new and without signs of use.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all labels.
  • Products damaged by misuse will not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, you can contact us at Hello@toothworks.com.co. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refund:
Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.

5. Exceptions: 

  • Products on sale or special promotions may not be eligible for returns.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.

6. Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

The shipping cost of your order will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages and Problems:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the problem and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
